Efficient glycol cooling jackets on both cylinder and cone sections provide precise temperature control for fermentation, stabilization, and cold conditioning of wine.

CIP & Hygienic Design

Internal surface polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm with 360° CIP spray ball, shadowless manway, and sanitary fittings, ensuring easy cleaning and high hygiene standards for wine production.

Complete Fermentation Control System

Equipped with temperature sensor, sampling valve, pressure relief valve, and manway, enabling accurate monitoring and stable fermentation management.
