Working Process of Automatic Glass Bottle Filling Line

  1. Bottle Infeed: Empty glass bottles are automatically conveyed into the rinsing section through the stainless steel conveyor system.

  2. Bottle Rinsing: Bottles are inverted and rinsed internally with sterile water or air to remove dust and impurities.

  3. Bottle Transfer to Filling: Clean bottles are automatically transferred to the filling carousel.
