The exact configuration varies by the type of spirits produced (whiskey, vodka, gin, rum), scale, and process, but here is a comprehensive breakdown of the essential equipment for a common craft or commercial distillery：Based on the general process flow, there should include milling system/raw material processing equipment,mash/lauter tun or a mash cooker, fermentation tanks, distiller, aging/processing equipment, bottling equipment as well as the related cooling, cleaning and controlling system.
Thre are three essential pieces of distillation equipment needed to carry out the process;

Stills come in a variety of types and sizes based on different installation scale, from home distilling to commercial distillation, the main equipment includes mash tun or a cooker, fermenter, distiller, cooling, cleaning and bottling system.
If you have a lab on distillation, all you need is beakers, a condensation tube/chamber ,
a controllable heat source that can boil water (a Bunsen burner or hot plate), a bit of tubing, and a thermometer.
To complete the process, four pieces of distillation equipment are necessary. A boiler or a pot heats the source liquid, the distillation colume imrpove the alcohol content, the condenser cools the heated vapor back to a liquid condition, and the receiver flask collects the concentrate/distillate.
