Glycol Cooling System & CIP Cleaning for the Used 500L Brewery

Stable cooling and reliable cleaning are critical for any used 500L brewing system. This package combines a 1000L glycol tank and chiller with a compact CIP skid.

1000L Glycol Water Tank

  • PPR cooling piping and insulation installed according to layout.

CIP Cleaning System

  • Two 50 L working volume tanks (disinfection and caustic), gross ~65 L each.
  • SUS304 CIP pump ~3 m³/h and stainless control panel (~350×350 mm).
  • Sanitary 304 piping and valves connecting to brewhouse and fermenters.

PID Control System & Semi-Auto Bottle Filling
