Working Process of Automatic PET Bottle Filling Line

  1. Bottle Infeed: Empty glass bottles are automatically conveyed into the rinsing section through the stainless steel conveyor system.

  2. Bottle Rinsing: Bottles are inverted and rinsed internally with sterile water or air to remove dust and impurities.

  3. Bottle Transfer to Filling: Clean bottles are automatically transferred to the filling carousel.

  4. Counter-Pressure Filling: Bottles are sealed and pressurized with CO₂ (for carbonated beverages), then filled accurately to the preset level.

  8. Bottle Drying: Bottles are dried by high-speed air blowers to remove surface moisture.
