Working Process

Bottle Loading & Positioning

  • Bottles are fed into the machine via the conveyor (left in, right out).
  • Centering is guided by rods, ensuring smooth and stable bottle positioning.

Automatic Detection & Preparation

  • The machine detects bottle presence; no bottle → no filling or capping.
  • Speed is automatically adjusted based on conveyor status (full speed or slow speed).

Vacuum & Oxygen Removal

  • Bottles are evacuated to remove air before filling; the system does not vacuum empty positions.
  • Backpressure is automatically controlled to maintain a stable liquid level during filling.

Filling

  • High-precision mechanical filling valves perform isobaric filling.
  • Liquid level is monitored by sensors to ensure accurate filling height.
  • Optional high-temperature, high-pressure foaming device can be applied as needed.

Capping

  • Open-structure capping heads press the cap from top and bottom.
