With our 1000L brewing equipment, their daily production capacity tripled, and the consistent brewing parameters ensured uniform flavor across batches. The automated system also reduced manual labor by 30%, lowering operational costs while improving production stability.<\/p><p>In May 2022, we decided to dive headfirst into an adventure by buying an old building that spent years as a fish factory \u2014 yes, you read that right, a fish factory. After all the chaos, dust, sweat and a lot of coffee, we finally opened our restaurant.
