Who I Am<\/h4>

I\u2019m Shang Enxuan<\/strong>, a hands-on technical professional with 25 years in the craft beer industry<\/strong>. I\u2019ve spent my career turning brewery ideas into working production systems\u2014equipment, automation, commissioning, and brewing performance.<\/p>

What I Do<\/h4>

I serve as a turnkey brewery solution engineer<\/strong> and an R&D engineer for fully automatic brewery control systems<\/strong>. From electrical automation and equipment design to on-site installation, commissioning, and brewing operations, I\u2019ve worked across nearly every link of the brewery production chain.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My Background<\/h4>

I entered the industry in 2001<\/strong>. By 2011<\/strong>, I was leading complex brewery engineering work and automation projects. In 2013<\/strong>, I took responsibility for both the Technical Department<\/strong> and After-Sales Service Department<\/strong>, where I supported projects from design approval to final start-up.
Over the years, I\u2019ve studied beer styles and brewing processes from different regions and translated those requirements into practical equipment designs. I\u2019ve also participated in large-scale brewery projects with on-site coordination and field management, and I\u2019ve provided installation, commissioning, and technical support for brewery equipment in over 100 countries<\/strong>.<\/p>

Industry Engagement (Shandong, China)<\/strong>
I keep close communication with the local brewing and food-industry ecosystem in Shandong, including tracking technical seminars, compliance discussions, and industry forums organized by regional associations. This helps us align equipment design, hygiene standards, and project delivery practices with real production requirements and market expectations.<\/p>
