Shang Enxuan--Micet's Chief Engineer
Who I Am
I’m Shang Enxuan, a hands-on technical professional with 25 years in the craft beer industry. I’ve spent my career turning brewery ideas into working production systems—equipment, automation, commissioning, and brewing performance.
What I Do
I serve as a turnkey brewery solution engineer and an R&D engineer for fully automatic brewery control systems. From electrical automation and equipment design to on-site installation, commissioning, and brewing operations, I’ve worked across nearly every link of the brewery production chain.
My Background
I entered the industry in 2001. By 2011, I was leading complex brewery engineering work and automation projects. In 2013, I took responsibility for both the Technical Department a After-Sales Service Department, where I supported projects from design approval to final start-up.
Over the years, I’ve studied beer styles and brewing processes from different regions and translated those requirements into practical equipment designs. I’ve also participated in large-scale brewery projects with on-site coordination and field management, and I’ve provided installation, commissioning, and technical support for brewery equipment in over 100 countries.
Industry Engagement (Shandong, China)
I keep close communication with the local brewing and food-industry ecosystem in Shandong, including tracking technical seminars, compliance discussions, and industry forums organized by regional associations. This helps us align equipment design, hygiene standards, and project delivery practices with real production requirements and market expectations.
What I Can Do
I have real project experience covering the full delivery workflow—from engineering to shipment:
- Equipment configuration lists & capacity matching
- Process flow and P&ID development
- Vessel drawings and piping layouts
- Electrical schematics and control logic
- Packing lists and delivery documentation
On the project side, I can follow through from start to finish: brewhouse and fermentation piping, glycol chilling integration, control cabinet commissioning, system debugging, and brewer/operator training.

I’ve trained 200+ industry technicians, covering drafting standards, brewing processes, equipment operation, and practical commissioning skills—helping teams run systems safely and consistently.
My Role at MICETGROUP
I am currently the Chief Engineer of the Technical Department at MICETGROUP, responsible for technical planning, system integration, and the engineering standards behind our turnkey and automation projects.
